Our headquarters at 20 Walters Drive sets a new standard for workplace wellness – a place where everyone is encouraged to enjoy world-class facilities including a café, restaurant, commercial gym, crèche and health centre.
We’re also rolling this standard out to our sites with resort-style accommodation villages featuring apartment-like rooms three times the size of traditional accommodation, indoor fitness centres and gyms, café and recreation buildings.
These facilities will launch at our landmark Onslow Iron project, with a five-year plan to upgrade and improve all our on-site villages to create resort-style communities for our people everywhere.
MinRes is also growing its reputation for serving up the industry’s best food. We don’t outsource this important part of your employee experience because we want you to have the best, no matter where you work in the company.
We have launched MinRes Air to provide a superior travel experience for our FIFO workforce.
The charter flights will provide better flying slots, hassle-free check-in and seats double the size of standard airplane seats.
