Our NextGen modular crushing plant replaces higher-cost fixed plants and improves the environmental impact of crushing construction and operations.
This patented technology has been developed with our extensive experience as the world's largest crushing and screen contractor.
With capacity ranging from five to 50 million tonnes per annum, NextGen crushers deliver significantly lower dust and noise emissions, consume less energy and can be rapidly deployed in remote operations.

NextGen 3
In 2023, our NextGen 3 plant was launched with innovative carbon fibre vibrating screens, developed in-house to replace traditional steel vibrating screens.
Benefits of carbon fibre screens include:
- significantly higher structural strength than carbon steel, which is prone to fatigue corrosive cracking
- service life three to five times longer than steel screens
- applicable in wet processing and dry screening environments
- built in less than six weeks at CSI’s CarbonArt facility.
