"I learned fruit carving from a bloke I met on another site years ago, and I love that it gives me an opportunity to express myself. To be creative and get outside the box of normality. It takes a bit of practise, but the reward is seeing the look on people’s faces when they walk in and there’s this amazing sculpture there. It’s so unexpected. Being with MinRes is great because the food variety is so much greater than other sites I’ve worked on, and it motivates me to create."
