"I grew up in Queensland and spent a lot of time at the beach, which shaped my love and respect for the ocean. Surfing is cathartic and simple – it’s just you and the elements. Every wave is different and no matter the quality of the wave, it keeps you coming back for more. I enjoy surfing alone and with friends, but nothing beats being out there with my sister and two brothers. I’ve had some amazing experiences surfing across Australia and the world. It’s an amazing feeling – probably as close as I’ll get to flying."
