"I was 16 when I received a diagnosis of brain cancer. After the surgery, radiation and seven months of chemotherapy, I was wheelchair bound. It was thanks to the incredible team at Healthy Strides that I got my confidence back and learned to walk again. I’m now in remission, studying a Bachelor of Commerce degree and looking to the future with determination."
