I am MinRes

I am MinRes is a collection of black and white portraits of our people displaying their unique superpowers, captured by our celebrated photographer Russell James. The idea was born from our 2022 Annual Report creative theme.

As we celebrate 30 years in business, we also celebrate the people, from all walks of life, who have made significant contributions to it. It’s the eclectic range of work and life experience that helps create a culture of acceptance and a unified sense of ambition. No matter where or what level of work, our people are respected and listened to. It’s all about being part of the MinRes family.

Through this visual exploration, we reflect on our heritage and a few of the people who have made this possible.

The collection pays homage to our most precious commodity, our people who have made possible the success we’ve achieved over the last 30 years. In fact, we can’t have one without the other. We foster a culture that embraces individuality, and with nearly 5,000 team members, that’s a fiercely diverse mix.
