Our Osborne Park head office sets a new standard for employee wellbeing.

The state-of-the-art building meets the International WELL certification and includes a café and restaurant, commercial gym, family zone for working parents and a wellness centre providing medical and psychology services.

MinRes operates a dedicated Early Learning Centre next door to our Osborne Park head office.

The facility provides high-quality and convenient early learning and care service for children of MinRes employees at heavily subsidised rates, helping ease the transition from parental leave back to the office.

We are setting a new standard in accommodation for the resource industry, with resort-style villages aimed at changing the culture of FIFO living.

Rooms are three times the size of traditional FIFO accommodation and include a queen size bed, washer-dryer, big screen television and kitchenette.

Five hundred resort-style rooms are occupied at Ken's Bore mine site, with additional accommodation upgrades being gradually rolled out across other MinRes sites.

MinRes strives to provide the best food in the mining industry, with a focus on high-quality, seasonal produce.

We allocate above industry rates for our catering budget, with the option to order off an a la carte menu or enjoy the buffet.

MinRes Air is redefining the travel experience for our FIFO workforce and supporting safety and productivity by ensuring our people travel to and from site as quickly, conveniently and comfortably as possible.

Services currently operate between Perth, Brisbane and two of our Pilbara mine sites.
