Following an illustrious 14-year playing career with the Australian men’s cricket team, Justin served in several senior leadership positions before being appointed Head Coach of the men’s team in 2018.
Justin successfully navigated the team through a challenging period of international play, including the COVID-19 pandemic, before resigning from the role in 2022. He is a current Board member of the West Coast Eagles Football Club and a highly sought-after motivational speaker and sports commentator.
Justin’s strong family values and extensive charity support are complemented by his demonstrated experience building resilient, successful, and culture-rich teams. His skills will further enhance MinRes’ focus on people and culture, which is critical to growing an engaged workforce and executing our significant growth strategy.
