CSI Construction’s proven capability to deliver world class projects stems from its people. CSI Construction employs a dedicated team of highly skilled professionals who strive to deliver innovative solutions to each and every project on which they are engaged.

CSI Construction has the following world class, core capabilities:

  • Concept development, budgeting, planning and implementation
  • Engineering, design and detailed 2D/3D drafting
  • Offshore procurement, expediting and fabrication

  • Electrical, instrumentation and control applications

To enable its “self-perform” ability, CSI Construction has made a significant capital investment to maintain an extensive range of modern earthmoving, cranes, specialised lifting and personnel access equipment that is fully owned and maintained in-house. This plant and equipment includes:

  • Cranes – 25T franna cranes, 55-70T rough terrain cranes and 150, 200, 280 & 400T crawler cranes
  • Earthmoving equipment – loaders, dozers, excavators, graders, dump trucks, rollers and water trucks
  • Civil equipment – bobcats, backhoes and compactors
  • Access equipment – scissor lifts, elevated work platforms, forklifts and materials handling equipment
  • Support equipment – buses, service trucks, job trucks and light vehicles

CSI Construction has delivered a diverse range of range of projects, all of which were specific to the operational requirements of the client. An overview of the types of projects successfully delivered over the past five years include:

  • Specialised crushing modifications and enhancements
  • Mobile/semi-mobile iron ore dry crushing plants (5-8Mtpa capacity)
  • Fixed iron ore dry/wet beneficiation plants (8-50Mtpa capacity)
  • Fixed spodumene (lithium) dry/wet processing plants (1-2Mtpa)
  • Mine site non-process infrastructure – office complexes, workshops and magazines areas
  • Camp infrastructure – 100-600 room camps, wet/dry mess, laundry and RO plants and facilities
  • Aerodrome construction
  • Earthworks and civil infrastructure – haul roads, water pipelines and plant bulk earthworks
